What is wrong with my Instrument Panel in a 2003 Yukon Denali?

The instrument panel is not working at all. Nothing works, not even the digital odometer or the digital display of what gear i am in. but the turn signals blink on the dash when i use them. It is just the gauges and digital odometer and gear display. I have checked the fuses in both fuse boxes they are all fine. i have no idea what is wrong and i do not feel like or have the money to take it to the dealership to have them check it out. ANY IDEAS?
