Dodge GC '99 went into limp mode?

No speedo means you either lost power to the TCM or the output speed sensor is bad. Check the EATX fuse in the underhood power distribution center and if it is good replace both the input and output speed sensors with OE not aftermarket. They are far cheaper than a new transmission.
