I need to sue agent of shipping company in Los Angeles. What happened was I bought a car in Los Angeles and shipped it to Mongolia. And the container which was carrying my vehicle got chosen randomly in Chinese custom on its way to Mongolia. So that container got inspected there for over 2 months. Finally, Chinese custom made decision and asked to pay penalty for being chosen randomly. But the shipping agent I used asked me to pay that penalty. They asked me to pay 3000$. So they can continue the process to ship it to Mongolia from Chinese custom. My question is I need to sue them, where can I find a lawyer for this kind of situation?
