Off base military housing inspection before approval?

The two things they look for is if the area or landlord isn't on the blacklist of off limits businesses to local military members and that your lease has a "military clause" in it that will allow you to break the lease early if you PCS. Other than that no one from housing will physically inspect it and your pretty much on your own to use some common sense in finding safe affordable housing
