I was sold a car that I didnt test drive cause the sales rep. drove it.?

I trusted his word and good heart. He stated that he would never sale me a messed up car that I would end up fixing at my expense. Odometer doesn't work at all, ac will not turn off, wheels sound and crack when driving and turnig. Passenger window doesn't roll downg, doors don't slide shut like suppose to. He said it was in very good condition but its not. I've never bought a preowned car before so I don't know what to do!
