Can I sue and press charges for car fraud?

I just bought a car under the impression that it only had 130,000 miles on it, but after having some engine problems during the first week, I took it to a local oil change service and found out that the same car had been serviced there before but had 330,000 miles on it. After this we did some research and found that the dealer replaced the engine and set back the odometer. What can we do?
