Will Car odometer go up if i just turn the car on still in park..?

So my aunt let me drive her car for two days while she was on a trip, only to my job which is about 2 miles away. she reset the odometer to make sure i only use it for that purpose,,but when she got back she said the car had 109 miles on it,,i know that on my lunch breaks i would turn the car on to listen to the radio for 15 mins, will that cause the odometer to increase..THE car is a 2003 LINCOLN ls
