What is the name of this movie?

I don't remember a lot of it but: this little girl can move things with her mind. One day in her classroom, they put up these posters, and before the principal walked in, she made all the posters go up and like the chalk board go down. She also helped her teacher steal a Teddy bear from this mean lady. They look in through a window and the little girl makes the lights go off or something. Sound familiar?
