I came across a motocycle for sale it's a 2007 Vulcan 900 only that I saw that it has the mean streak badge ?

Does kawasaki make mean streaks on the 900 this bike is being sold for 4000 dollars , also I asked the guy how many miles on the bike and he said he didn't how to work the odometer , sounds fishy to me what do you think??
