How to transfer Texas motorcycle title to Louisiana?

I am about to buy a bike from a Texas owner in a few days and I need to know EXACTLY what I must do to have the title moved from his name to mine. I know we have to have the title signed and notarized odometer crap and bill of sale but do we have to have special annotations on all of these saying that the previous owner is from Texas? If so, how must they be worded?
