My speedometer, Mielage and Crusie aren woeking on my car?

i have a 2000 toyota celica gt 4 speed automatic. The speedometer odometer and cruise arent working. It isnt the speed sensor cause i already replaced it. Does it have 2 speed sensors? Theres a red/blue wire that connects to the sensor and i think that might be the problem but i dont know where it leads to. The other 2 wires lead to the fuse and relay box. What else might cause it to stop working?
