2003 dodge ram 1500 electrical problem?

I have a 2003 dodge ram and the other day I connected the antenna cable to the back of my deck and everything was working fine. I tried to turn the deck back on and it wouldn't work at all. I then discovered that none of my electrical features worked in the truck unless the key was in and on, then everything worked. right now I cant access power locks, headlights, key less remote, and interior lights unless the key is in and turned to the on position. I have replaced two fuses ( one in the fuse box and one next to the battery). When it happened a light came on under the odometer saying "No Bus" not sure what that means. Any suggestions or other places fuses could be?
