How much RAM does the new Yahoo Mail really need?

I migrated to the new Mail a week ago and each time since then my Mail has frozen and my on-board Memory Manager FreeRAM XP has leapt to life. I then have to use Task Manager to close everything down and start again. My new PC is being built as I write but how much RAM does Yahoo Mail need, for goodness sake?
