What is happening to my 2001 Ford Windstar?

My Odometer goes crazy. My Speedometer is dead. The O/D light is blinking. The A/C blows out hot air. Smoke started coming out under my hood. Anybody have any idea whats happening? Still drivable but always seems like it wants to lose power. It shouldnt be the battery either.
